At Elf Vape India, we prioritize authenticity, quality, and customer trust. We deliver only sealed and original disposable vapes, and to maintain high standards of service, we have set clear refund and return guidelines below.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product Delivered – Product received is different from what was ordered.
- Damaged, Leaking, or Non-Functional Product – Upon unboxing.
- Broken Seal Upon Delivery – If the item seal is broken during delivery.
Proof Required for Return or Refund
To approve any claim, the following proof is mandatory:
- Unboxing video (must be continuous from package opening)
- 360° Video of the Product showing the issue (damaged, incorrect, etc.)
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your Order Number and contact details
Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been used or opened
- Product flavor or nicotine strength is not as per customer’s personal preference
- No proper video proof provided (360° and unboxing)
- More than 48 hours have passed since delivery
- Change of mind after order is shipped
Refund or Exchange Process
Once proof is verified and return is approved:
- We’ll offer either a replacement or a refund (store credit or bank transfer)
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- A pickup will be arranged where possible; otherwise, we’ll provide a return address
Return shipping is free in case of valid claims.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
